Vintage Taxco Adjustable Silver Turquoise Poison Ring [VNJV.67]

This is a wonderful old fashion silver ring, with a nice, little turquoise cabochon, final charming touch in the centerpiece.
The whole ring has the "old Taxco" features and the gorgeous look from that time. The turquoise cabochon is surronded by an attractive and simple frame, silver ropes, enhanced by a darker background that contrasts beautifully with the shiny ropes.

Very special look that takes your attention right away. This kind of rings were very popular in Mexico around the 40's and 50's. It is also a vintage adjustable ring that carries the eagle mark, with what I think is the number "12" and the "los Ballesteros" hallmark too. the last charming feature on this piece, is the cap that you can unscrew to open the inside of the ring, that's why this is called, "Poison Ring".

The ring is in excellent conditon.

The ring is five eighths of an inch long, up and down the finger. This ring is adjustable and it can go from a size five and a half (5 1/2) to a size ten (10).
